Græsk Yoghurt med Mandler og Bær

En morgenmad, der taler til både øjet og maven. Den er nem og hurtig at lave, og så smager det intet mindre end fantastisk.

Græsk Yoghurt med Mandler og Bær

300 gram græsk yoghurt (2 %)

1 tsk chiafrø

1 håndfuld mandler

Forskellige bær som topping, jeg brugte hindbær, jordbær og brombær.

Evt. lidt honning

 

Put yoghurten i en skål, top med honning, chiafrø, hakkede mandler, og skyllede bær. Kun en ting tilbage… Spis!

 

Tip: Ved at vælge forskellige farver af bær, sørger du for at få forskellige antioxidanter. Anti-inflammatorisk guf. Især de blå bær, såsom brombær, er gode for immunforsvaret. 

 

Greek Yogurt with Almonds and Berries 

A breakfast that both look pretty and taste amazing. It only take a few minutes and doesn’t take a lot of effort. 

 

Greek Yogurt with Almonds and Berries

300 gram greek yogurt

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 handful almonds

Some different berries as topping, I used rasperries, strawberries and blackberries

A little bit of honey if you like

 

Put the yogurt in a bowl and top with honey, chia seeds, chopped almonds and rinsed berries. Only one thing left… Eat!

 

Tip: By choosing berries of different colors, you make sure you get different types of antioxidants. Anti-inflammatory goodies! Particular the blue colored berries, as the blackberries, is good for the immune system.
